Bill and his team built a beautiful new deck for us in 2016. We use that deck as a second living room as much as the weather allows. Now, three years later and after the warranty period expired, a couple of boards came loose. I called Bill and he and his son came out to personally to install new screws to reattach the loose boards! Thanks, Bill for the great service! And we are still glad we chose you to build the deck.
