AVOID this place. I did my taxes here on the 02/09/2026 for the year 2025 for 455$, on the 10th they called me saying the IRS deny the tax return because I was missing the 1095A form. I got them the missing information the IRS was asking for and they "apparently"? resubmit the tax return, after two weeks I had to call the IRS to see what was happening with my return and they told me Pacheco's never send the information a second time, I went to their office to tell them what the IRS had told me and ask for a refund to go to H... read more

This is not a good place for taxes I'm having to pay back state taxes she never filed doesn't return calls refuse to give quickbooks information that I've paid for this place doesn't deserve a singe star rating but I had to put one star or wouldn't let me post
I was audited and this tax service refused to call me back after voice mails left over multiple months. Do not use this tax service at all. They will leave you high and dry.
