I didn’t realize Pachamama Essentials was an online store and showed up in person by mistake, but they were so kind and welcoming! I felt a little embarrassed at first, but Maria was incredibly helpful. Even though orders are usually placed online through Amazon, she still took the time to assist me and made sure I got the palo santo I needed. I really appreciated her kindness and flexibility. Now I know how to properly place my orders, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need more palo santo. :)
I have known the owner of this small business for years. She is always available to help me with all of my palo santo and sage needs for my business clients. This small business imports original Palo Santo from Piura, Peru, as well as many crystals for your reiki and yoga practice. Excellent quality products and customer service. Highly recommend! Truly the best. You will not be disappointed. Wish I could give it more than five stars.

Love this business! The owner, Paola, is wonderful and professional and will take care of your needs immediately. They have a wide variety of stones, crystals, incense, palo santo, sage, candles and candle accessories for your chakra healing, yoga, meditation, reiki, decoration and aromatherapy needs, etc. I would highly recommend this business if you are a small business owner and would like to purchase in bulk.
