I've been a longtime customer of the Pacers Alexandria location and continue to be impressed by the level of customer service they provide. Most recently, Alexandra went above and beyond to help me locate a specific running nutrition product that wasn't available in the store. Instead of simply telling me it was out of stock, she took the time to track it down and help me find what I needed. Courtney was super efficient! It was such a pleasant experience getting two new running shoes that I absolutely love! She was really on top of it! We were basically in and out! 5 stars!
I’ve been wearing only converse for 3 years and didn’t even know where to start when I needed running shoes. David was super patient and educated me on the different options that were available.
