Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of shoes. Buy local, these guys are worth it. Prices the same as Raleigh.
I came in to get some expertise on what shoes I should wear based on my high arch, plantar fasciitis, and rolling ankles. I got an education and walked out with shoes that are perfect for me.
What a great find in my small downtown. Jack greeted us, was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. I saw they had an arch scanner and Jack put me on it. He explained in great detail what everything meant and confirmed that my shoe selection was the best shoe for my foot type. It’s rare to find a shoe store with Altra brand shoes. But they had a small selection. I will definitely be going back. And recommend this place to anyone looking for quality shoes. Pace Yourself is amazing! I was recommended this store from a running store in Durham. Sam was able to special order a pair of New Balance’s for me. The team is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They also partner with great groups around the triangle and introduced me to Triangle Run Smart who is now coaching me to run my first marathon. Thank you so much for your help and can’t wait to stop in for my next pair of shoes!!
