I take the 311 bus and it has been considerably late or just isn't coming at all. Acording to PACE it should arrive at Roosevelt and Oak Park at 8:17am and again at 8:32am neither bus came. The next bus was at 8:54am. They really need to get it together. Looking at the tracker only showed 3 buses on the route. Is this normal?
Awful service. Just awful. Buses are constantly 4 minutes away but you end up waiting at least 20 minutes. The 223 stops right in front of where I work but i stopped taking it and just drive from the city. Tonight I didnt have a choice and Pace didnt let me down. 25 minutes after leaving the office I was finally on the bus. Bush league company.
The 2 buses I take home from work are the southbound 331 from Hines hospital and the eastbound 322 at 1st ave and Cermak both suck! At times I have waited more than an hour at the hospital for the 331 to get there. It is ALWAYS at least 20-30 minutes late. When it finally does come, the drivers (especially the women) are bitchy and rude. When I finally do get to 1st and Cermak, I have to wait at least another 20-30 minutes for the eastbound 322, which is always packed and filthy.
