Personnel very unprofessional especially the supervisors
I'm going to be late for work today because YET AGAIN, a scheduled bus (208 east from Golf Mill) simply did not show up. Pace is by far one of the most unreliable transit agencies in America. This happens on a weekly basis. Busses don't show up, the app says its "Due" and then it just doesn't show up. I have missed job interviews, doctors appointments, trains, you name it, and Pace has caused me to be late or miss it entirely. I don't know how they can get away with this.
