This is a horrible service. They ask you to call in a day ahead, for what? They be late every time. I mean what's the use. Everytime I have booked a ride I was always late. One day I started on the bus at 8pm and didn't get home until around midnight. Today, I booked my ride was supposed to be at my appointment at 7;30 in the morning. It took me two hours to get to the Blue Island transfer and got just for them to tell me I was a no show like it was my fault or something. If you have to be somewhere on time you are better off getting an under or calling someone you know. The pace bus especially the 359 will have you late, a minimum of 15-20 minutes late. No matter the driver it is always late. And the of chance it’s early it’s 10 minutes early so you’ll have to wait an hour to catch the next one.
Schedules are horrible especially on Saturday & Sunday! The two days when everybody is off buses run every hour. Like it’s 2025. Upgrade something.
