Shelby has been *amazing* during my ACL recovery— knowledgeable, encouraging, and instrumental in helping me reach my goals. I have had some setbacks in the 6 months since my surgery, and she has been able to pivot and meet me where I am each session. I would not be feeling this good or doing this well without her.
