Brought my truck in to get some relatively simple work done. They quoted me $1400 and an 8 hour job when it should only take 2-3 hours. I had purchased the parts and fluid already. Took it to Midas and they did the job in three hours and charged me $350. Nice enough guys but they’re not honest. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Especially if you are a woman with little knowledge about vehicles.
My mom lives in Penticton. B.C. Is 85 years old. She went to PACE for new muffler, very old car . After she went to another Mechanic for her brakes. he told her they did 3/4 of the job. stopped where pipe enters the engine. left about 2 feet of rusty pipe. I am not in town, so frustrating that I cant take care of this for her. Be careful you get what you pay for.
I have worked on my cars most of my years but now cannot. I had extensive brake work done and it was done beautifully and with obvious care and attention. I will return with my other work for sure and highly recommend this service.
I’ve been going to Minute Muffler since I moved to Penticton 2 years ago. They have been reliable, honest, and every time I have called or gone in I’ve received exceptional customer service. They have also always been able to accommodate an appointment within a few days! I highly recommend this shop!!
Being new to Penticton, I had checked reviews to find a shop for general service for my car. This place doesnt disappoint! From the extremely friendly and knowledgable staff (over the phone and in person) they are absolutely top notch. They got me in fast, sent regular updates and treated me with complete respect. Being a female things dont always go that well with the way we are treated in a male dominated shop! The price is right and the service is excellent! I am now a regular customer. Joan K.
