I wouldn’t be so confident on the safety of your items being delivered by this company given the way they drive on the roads, personally cutting me off causing me to have to slam on my breaks, very entertaining to to see that multiple other reviews mentioned they’re driving habits, doesn’t seem to be a one off issue. Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I was scheduled for a delivery between 9am–3pm, but nobody ever showed up. What’s the point of giving customers a delivery window if the company can’t honor it? I called customer service and was told the driver would arrive later at another estimated time. I waited again… and still no delivery. I even took the entire day off work unpaid just to be home for this delivery, so I lost a full day’s pay for absolutely nothing. Scheduled for a 9am-3pm delivery and didn't get my delivery. What's the point in scheduling a time when not gonna be on time?? Called and lady says another time. Did they show on that time?? Nope. Not to mention I took the day off of work and now I missed a day of pay. Just horrible However delivery driver was cool and respectful!!!
