I'm a first time home buyer and Nicholas and Pria took my case on a short notice. They helped me with the process of interim occupancy. Pria was very helpful in clarifying and verifying that all the paperwork was in order with the vendor's lawyer. However, when we hit a bump in the process I felt like I was lost and not getting advice on what to do, what to expect and what the next steps will be.
