This is why tow truck drivers get killed or shot. When they reposess a vehicle the tow truck driver steals your items when you not looking and talk foul and disrespectful. Pace financial will charge you more money when they think you can afford at your inconvenience. They search around and invade your privacy and harass you none stop. No matter how much money you paid down on the loan they will always try to play with your pockets and your family well being.
I worked with Dee and she was awesome compared to her coworkers. This company financed me and I was happy considering my credit at the time. I paid the car off and no title was sent to me. According their records they mailed the title on May 15, 2024. They will not give me any proof it was mailed out. This is so becoming of a company who could care less once they are paid. I pray that they turn around these evil practices and treat their customers more professionally in the near future. I have a car but no title. Tsk tsk tsk

I purchased my vehicle with the auto next a couple months after purchasing, my company changed their payroll. From everyone week to bi-weekly I called and asked pace to change my due date to only 7 days later that was 12/23. The company called me for two months after that so I repeatedly told them the same thing in 2/:24 I spoke with a rep that stated I had been paying so they would get it taken care of, everything was good fast forward 3 months later the phone calls started again.
