Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable
It was an amazing Credit Union when it was called Pace. When it got bought out by Alterna it become a corporate entity and not a local credit union. I don't love their fee structures now. I went from not having to pay monthly fees to having to pay almost $15 a month. They behave like a bank and not a credit union by charging what a bank does but without the services of a bank. I banked solely online and never engaged a human so no reason for me to pay $15 in service fees. They don't really care when you explain this to them.... read more
