I had a great experience at the Alterna Savings Shelburne branch. My appointment with Basirat Adedeji went very smoothly. She was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the meeting. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.
The branch door was locked when i arrived and i had to show my debit card to show that I was a member. The teller was curt. I went in to deposit a money order that was supposed to be added to my mortgage payment. The teller told me that the money order would be held for a few days and then someone from the branch would call me to let me know that it was deposited into my mortgage. I waited 2 weeks without a call so I called Alterna and told the woman what happened and she said there were no notes on file. The woman on the ph... read more
