Been banking with them for 15plus years. Gurcharn at the branch has been of excellent help.
Absolutely horrendous communication alterna stuff not letting us know that they are moved since account was dormant and not used appointment was made with out telling us that they are changed location from streetsville to heartland 👎 Account closed stuff useless and unwelcoming.
I had such an amazing experience at the Alterna Savings Mississauga branch! I felt so guided when it came to any banking problems or questions I had. I was truly surrounded by people who cared about my personal finance and helped me decide what was best for my situation. Couldn’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend opening an account with them!
