My wife and I live in Niagara and unfortunately this is closest branch. We needed to go to branch this past Saturday. Karen looked after all our needs with very kind and personable service.
I have been a member for well over 20 years now but have lived 3 hours from the branch for many years. That being said not only do they ALWAYS answer the phones unlike the branch in my current home town but i was able to visit in person today and it just reminded me of why i deal with a credit union. A shout out to all the staff that made me feel like I was in the branch every week and a specail shout out to Aldale who went above and beyond with her level of customer service!!!!
Shiv, our mortgage advisor, was great at our appointment. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. He presented us with several options and explained those to us in detail. Hopefully we’ll be able to do some business with him in the near future.
