My wife and I live in Niagara and unfortunately this is closest branch. We needed to go to branch this past Saturday. Karen looked after all our needs with very kind and personable service.
I have been a member for well over 20 years now but have lived 3 hours from the branch for many years. That being said not only do they ALWAYS answer the phones unlike the branch in my current home town but i was able to visit in person today and it just reminded me of why i deal with a credit union. A shout out to all the staff that made me feel like I was in the branch every week and a specail shout out to Aldale who went above and beyond with her level of customer service!!!!
