I would just like to extend my appreciation to alternate savings. Formerly pace credit union for all they have done in the past Several years to help me build my credit. Also to get me out of my financial situations. Many years ago a lady named Anita helped me. And now I have been working with a gentleman named steven Alexander. great people all around, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend alternative savings.
Not helpful. I was switched over from members credit union on a loan for my car and was charged reoccurring 10$ service fees that i never knew i had , which i never had with credit union and was charged nsf fees for a year before they “reached out” .. poor customer service. Use a bank that is reputable and highly avoid this bank at all cost.
I enjoy going to the branch it a quite enclave within a vibrant community of West dale, Hamilton. The staff are friendly, pleasant and informative and the location for some strange reason reminds me of my childhood. I like dealing with a credit union based on a sense of community I receive. I would recommend ALTERNA SAVINGS to others seeking a community financial centre. You will not be disappointed.
