I just moved to Dundas Ontario and l bank with this bank when l lived in Mississauga & West Mall location so l was very happy to fine a location out here. I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service at this location everyone is very pleasant & go above & and beyond customer service. Ladies keep up the great work.
I inquired both online and in-person at this branch about a business loan. My online interaction led to someone calling me that only deals with personal (not business banking). The in-person visit was not helpful because I learn all their employees on-site deal with personal banking only. They forwarded my request to their specialist that deals with business loans with their best estimate of someone reaching out to me being "not long" but without an estimated hour of response, I don't want to stare at my phone 24/7 when I ha... read more
Samantha and Ranzen are both 2 great employees. Great customer service, fast service and very friendly. I'm happy that I've selected this branch in West Hamilton branch
I have to give it 1 star because I can't go lower. The worst, worst customer service that I've ever been a part of. It's been over 2 weeks since I met someone at the branch and to date, I'm still waiting for someone from the Estate department to contact me.
