I had the best experience at the Hamilton location. I was treated very respectfully and kindly by Anita, Ranzen, and Mo. I had just come from a very bad experience at TD Canada Trust and Ranzen at Alterna Savings completely changed that experience from a negative one to a positive one. I was very fortunate to be able to open my Mayoral Campaign account with a walk-in appointment. Ranzen was thorough, professional, and kind. I highly recommend doing business with Alterna Savings. Thank you to the team!
I enjoy going to the branch it a quite enclave within a vibrant community of West dale, Hamilton. The staff are friendly, pleasant and informative and the location for some strange reason reminds me of my childhood. I like dealing with a credit union based on a sense of community I receive. I would recommend ALTERNA SAVINGS to others seeking a community financial centre. You will not be disappointed.
