To wes.allred.1, from Earl Kearns I've dealt with Steve for 17 years. The staff treat me like gold. They have been fantastic to me. They make you feel like your at home!!!!!! I am sure there are two sides to everything, but something seems strange here. Even if you had to file an extension, it looks like the time factor is off. What a referral. We had them do our personal returns and three months of a new buiness returns. Charged us $1500 and took them 4 months to complete. That was 2010 returns. Just got a letter from IRS saying we owe $20K for a stock transaction.Now we owe them $500 more for fixing their mistake. We supplied this information more than once. They kept asking us for information that we had already given them. This happened over and over. They have the nerve to ask for our business. They are crazy.
