Great place to work. Get paid to serve the elderly and disabled citizens of McHenry Co.
Been calling for about a few months now and they can't get no accurate time frame to get me to work or other location worse bus service ever in the Illinois area
I will rate different if i see a change. I know this is McHenry country and it’s completely different then the City but trying to get a ride is literally impossible! Is it lack of drivers? Lack of buses? I call multiple times a day to check availability and always nothing. In hard times certain people really rely on certain services that unfortunately are just not accessible.
I wish I could give 0 stars. They are so disrespectful and rude. I have been hunged up on so many times. I cant ever get a ride. Called to report an emplyee for hanging up in my face ther was no sorry. Very unprofessional, its sad they get away with treating people this way
