I had a horrible experience today, while riding the Pace 834 Joliet-Downer’s Grove bus, Northbound to Branding Ln & Finley Rd. I believe the worker was training at the time, as she stood beside the driver. Her badge number is 6198. She was very unwelcoming and made me very uncomfortable. She was rude, as she rushed me while paying my fare. She overall displayed a terrible attitude.

Last 3 times I waited 5 minutes before and 15 after and no show!! People have to work!
Your drivers have no respect for other people on the road. I've been cut off numerous times by you guys. Today right by your depot, one pulled right out in front of me in my semi. I was 78,000 lbs loaded. I now have a camera and proof if you want it!
