I’m the IDT Coordinator at PACE and I’ve never been more proud of the work I see being done for so many people at our organization. The detail that goes into planning care for our participants is extensive and I couldn’t be more proud of our teams!
I love coming to work everyday. I do Rehab. I love watching the positive change that exercise can do for our Participants. Keeping them active. Come see for your self how just getting and keeping your body moving can be good for you or your loved one.
