I saw the “Blue Whales: Return of the Giants” in this IMAX theater. Big screen and perfect sound
One of the largest IMAX screens on this side of the globe, is worth watching an action movie. Screens like this attract people to theatres again. Though expensive, is worth the money. Boeing IMAX plays feature films while the other PACCAR plays documentaries. In Boeing IMAX, the tickets are without seat numbers. Thus one needs to go earlier especially for good seating options if watching a popular movie
It's been a while since I've been here. Recently saw F1 and the experience did not disappoint. The sound was point on, bass where it was supposed to be including higher and lower frequencies. The blacks/contrast ratio was incredible. The blacks matched the darkness of the theater so you couldn't really see where the screen ends/begins in dark scenes. Lovely theater, booming loud audio system, and good reminder sign to pull up online tickets before entering the below-ground lobby. Popcorn was good and cheaper than AMC/Regal prices. Seats were comfortable with a fair amount of leg room. No parking hosted by the science center, you need to street park or find a parking ramp nearby.
