I was referred to Pablo by my surgeon, after a bike accident and operation. Pablo took the time to understand my injuries and the goals i had for the future. I want to climb a mountain. Each session worked towards my goals and ensuring i was given great advice on what to do between appointments. We covered breathing, moving and the benefits of drinking more water. I will climb a mountain again as a direct result of the therapy and advice. Thanks Pablo
