Called on October and left a message regarding servicing our gas fireplace on October 22nd. Never got a call back. Went with someone else.

Would absolutely recommend Olympic Hearth and Spa. Chris was extremely nice and flexible and very easy to work with ! Josh did an excellent job of installing our fireplaces and kept us informed of any and all things were taking place. Everyone we’ve dealt with within the company was great to work with ! Would definitely work with them again given the opportunity.
i personally had great service with this company. the sales person, Chris was extremely helpful and informative. they have some of the most wonderful spa's available and very reasonable. i purchased a fire box from them and i received excellent service. i highly recommend this company.
