I am writing this to express my total satisfaction with (Ted) and the Process Service provided. Everything was seamless from initial request, payment and communication thereafter. Ted was very professional and even quelled my anxiety after the 2nd attempt. There is so much going on in the world, it was awesome to be able to find this service. Ted was great! He is very helpful, polite and professional. Due to their many offices, they were able to coordinate and serve our client in a different county. They went out of their way to get an address and kept us informed.
The service was well above average. The service was done some day as we requested on a witness subpoena for Federal Court in Philadelphia, PA. We explained we needed this subpoena served on a witness for Court the next day and other attempts failed. They got the job done and had the witness sign for the subpoena and advanced the witness fee for our firm.
