I have lived my entire life with anxiety. I tried everything else and nothing worked so I called PA Hypnosis. I was very skeptical. I am much calmer now. I have had a life long fear of open heights but went on a hot air balloon ride and enjoyed it from beginning to end. No fear whatsoever!

I currently have completed a half dozen sessions with Dr. Vitchoff and have made impressive gains in controlling my anxiety. I have been able to control myself in three situations that, in the past, caused my a lot of stress. Am I there yet? No, but going in the right direction!

I would give zero stars if I could. Paid $1400 for "customized" hypnotherapy for my college age daughter struggling with disordered eating. She drove two hours round trip from school to these sessions and told me she was listening to the same recorded CD each time and didn't even see Dan Vitchoff. He made the problem worse telling her to eat Atkins bars. I had to threaten small claims court to get my money back. I reported him to the attorney general as well for fraudulently representing himself on his website.

This place is a total scam. My daughter and I spent $500 a piece to lose weight. He just plays cds into headphones. He does not hypnotize you himself. He's one of the most rude and condescending people I've ever met. Don't waste your money on this. They tell you there's a guarantee but when you ask for your money back they try to sell you more cds and blame you for not having success.

During my first session, I thought it was complete hogwash and regretted spending my money. Not one hour later did I completely reverse my opinion and feel the effects of what I signed up for. Worth every penny and I'm looking forward to completing the work! I feel relaxed, confident, and in control of my life!
