They have horrible communication. They held onto the cookies I ordered in January until April. They didn’t call or anything. More importantly when I asked when the cookies were made the lady told me they were fresh and are delivered daily. Get the heck out of here! You held onto to these cookies for over 3 months, how fresh are they really?? On top of that, the cookies were not sealed and had no expiration date. Don’t waste your time going here.

I wish there was a ZERO rating. BEWARE of this online company. When you check out, it asks what date you want the gift delivered. Then they change that to the ship date. My son will not get his gift until FOUR days after his birthday if he is lucky. To add insult to injury after spending over $100 THEY DO NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS OR HELP IN ANYWAY. The customer service is NONEXISTENT. I'm so disgusted with these people that they are allowed to be in business.
