Terrible service. When they are not taking time off or doing "field work" they will forward calls or call back back in the last 5-10 minutes of the office hours with without reviewing the account giving the same busy work as prior. Do not recommend!!! Would be great if a supervisor would contact and straighten out the account but I doubt that will happen and my business will have to close.
I've been calling and leaving voice mails for weeks. Nobody answers so I came in person and news flash the entire department was no where to be found. If this place is closed then just say that. Sheesh. It's a ghost town.
