Staff are friendly, pools are temperatured (whatever that means) 🤣, prices are reasonable, generally a healthy developmental-like vibe held by staff and patrons alike
Went today suffering upper right leg pain after a hip replacement 6 weeks ago. Head space was not great either. Came out feeling a new woman. Staff were gorgeous and most considerate. I was by far the oldest person there but everyone treated me with great kindness and respect. I shall certainly return. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience. Helen Coskerie😊
Love this place, clean and consistent. Great facilities, super convenient set up. Brett is absolutely fantastic and so accommodating and friendly.
P3 is an awesome recovery space! The saunas are a perfect temperature and so relaxing. I love the pools and the way it's designed to guide you through the recovery process. The compression boots are a must after a run! Top marks for cleanliness and the lovely staff are so welcoming and informative.
Great experience and the staff were extremely friendly. Will be back! :)
