Can’t recommend P3 Recovery enough. I started going to help with my neck and back, and it’s made a huge difference—way less tightness and I’m moving a lot better. The vibe there is awesome too. It’s not just recovery, it’s actually a really social place with a great community feel. The staff are super friendly and easy to deal with, always happy to help out. Definitely worth checking out if you’re feeling sore or just want to look after your body a bit better.
Recently found out that P3 did IV drips, so booked in to see Bree and had the magnesium IV drip infusion. She was amazing and everything was so straightforward… very professional (she even had a doctor on call). Safe to say, slept like a baby!

I’ve been going to p3 for many years now, but recently I’ve been seeing Nurse Bre for IV drip therapy on top of all my other recovery methods. She is an excellent nurse and makes the whole process fast and easy! It’s an amazing facility for recovery in my professional athletic career! The red light beds have also been a good addition. Great hospitality! 10/10 recommend
Pool stopped working for 5 weeks then they stopped letting me bring water into the sauna to steam it. So I’ve cancelled my membership but am still getting charged an extra 2 weeks
