Love this place! So relaxing and the red light is the best
P3 has it all, I love the staff and all the recovery services. Since starting there I have been feeling so much better and my performance is showing it. I also have been sleeping so much better and I feel much less fatigue through the week. If you want to minimise aches and pains with a large training volume, P3 is the place.
Really disappointing integrity. Have an offer through instagram which sounds great. 10 days of compression, sauna etc. Expired after 6 days - no mention in their sales funnel that it’s 10 days from when you book as opposed to when your first session is. I check and they verbally offer to extend but, after 6 days, refuse. Appalling. So 0 out of 10 for that. Shame as the place is pretty nice and makes you feel good. Do better P3 or you won’t be in business long.
P3 has recently added IV Infusion again .I Recently had a consultation with Bre in choosing a IV suited to my needs We decided on a cocktail blend of vitamins and the benefits were beneficial The area is cosy comfortable and private Call Bre to have a chat for your needs
