If you're going to hire young girls who know little about customer service nor life, at least tell them that if they insist on getting someone into a sauna earlier than their booking time, that person is still entitled to their full half hr in the sauna. Also instead of embarrassing said member by scolding them about not going into even the traditional sauna after the pools despite not being made aware of any such rule previously and seeing others do it, then maybe it would be more Appropriate to pull that person / those peo... read more
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the staff at the sauna I go to are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the facilities are absolutely top-notch. Every visit is comfortable and relaxing, and you can really tell how well the place is managed. Highly recommended.
After injuring myself I purchased a pass (great value at $49). I have been every day. I feel SO much better and this has really helped with my recovery. There are all sorts of people here - young, old ...zero intimidation . The staff are all super friendly , kind and caring. Very happy. Thank you.
