I’ve banked with three different credit unions and I’ve never been treated as poorly as this entity. Truly despicable. I choose a credit union for the heart. But this *business* lacks all compassion and ability to communicate.

We wanted to finance our home to get out from under the PMI and finally had enough equity to accomplish that task. We were given the option of a 10 yr loan and jumped at it! We also were able to drop out interest rate 2% so the jump in payment wasn't as much as you'd expect. The process was made nearly effortless and we closed. What a relief! We would recommend P1FCU to anyone looking to refi or finance their home.

Extremely poor phone system!!!. Cannot reach a real person. 3 times have waited on line for next available representative. Each time their system hangs up after I've waited 15 - 20. Have waited over an hour to talk with someone.
