Your AI phone system is exasperating. It makes my banking more difficult instead of easier. I need a direct line to a human representative. I see new banks being built and new branches being developed what i want to see is dedicated humans answering the phones
Completely unprofessional at this branch. I had asked for envelopes, that have never been a issue at other branches. As I do my vendor payouts and have has return checks and p1 as always received them back and put the money back in my account. Love the idea and it helps alot. But, this experience has been less then pleasing with the attitude as if cost for them is the issue all of a sudden 🤔
