Ai is not ready to replace your employees. Your service is almost non existent. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I now will tell everyone to stay away from you.
Everyone at this branch is so wonderful, but especially SaRae! She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of and has helped me multiple times with running a carfax and loan estimates on cars that didn’t pan out. Extremely grateful for her and these services to make sure I’m not jumping into a bad car deal.
I’ve just closed all my accounts. This is not a credit union. This is a sleazy business out for profits.
Most banks give you your paycheck 2 days early but p1fcu doesn't. This is unacceptable. They have the power to vut won't. Hopefully they change this.
