P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.

Been with P1FCU for about a decade. I appreciate the bank's help a lot. Really disappointed I couldn't get help with my auto loan. Now I will have to pay through the ceiling for a car with no protection.
The best customer service I have seen and experienced in a very long time!! I went to several banking institutions without any help, sometimes with rudeness, and I was ready to believe I would never get my check cashed. I'm so glad I reluctantly tried here and extremely grateful to the staff. It started out the same, but this time, when we asked if they could think of anything else, I could do they actually answered me. This bank hasn't been too helpful to me. They don't seem to want to help their customers.
Frank was wonderful! Kind and patient! A great experience. Also gave a great lunch recommendation!!
Be warned that they keep literal banker hours. No support after hours especially if you need to activate your debit card. Very frustrating!
