Been with P1FCU for about a decade. I appreciate the bank's help a lot. Really disappointed I couldn't get help with my auto loan. Now I will have to pay through the ceiling for a car with no protection.Â
The best customer service I have seen and experienced in a very long time!! I went to several banking institutions without any help, sometimes with rudeness, and I was ready to believe I would never get my check cashed. I'm so glad I reluctantly tried here and extremely grateful to the staff. It started out the same, but this time, when we asked if they could think of anything else, I could do they actually answered me. This bank hasn't been too helpful to me. They don't seem to want to help their customers.Â
Frank was wonderful! Kind and patient! A great experience. Also gave a great lunch recommendation!!Â
Be warned that they keep literal banker hours. No support after hours especially if you need to activate your debit card. Very frustrating!Â
