Great bank great staff.
First off, I will openly admit to having a personal problem which occurred forcing me to miss a mortgage payment. However, this credit union contracts with an outside company to deal with mortgage defaults and loss mitigation, Dovenmuchle mortgage company. Along with their incompetence, P!FCU has submitted documents tat are factually untrue. I have in front of me a "Sworn Statement , signed by one Christopher Miranda, Vice President DBA as P1FCU, which states, "The Borrower responded, but did not request a meeting." This is ... read more
A great bank to do business and feel like you are an important part of the community. I enjoy going there even when I just want to stop in to cash a check or make change for large bills.
Great staff that are quite knowledgeable. they always greet me by name with big smiles... A great credit union to put some money away
