Do not bank with them! This has nothing to do with the Cle Elum location or thier staff, more the bank as a whole and their login/ online system. They work in the stone age/ cheap unresponsive systems. Litterally can't login through either the App or their website. At this day and age of technology how does this banking company lack so hard? Great bank great staff.
First off, I will openly admit to having a personal problem which occurred forcing me to miss a mortgage payment. However, this credit union contracts with an outside company to deal with mortgage defaults and loss mitigation, Dovenmuchle mortgage company. Along with their incompetence, P!FCU has submitted documents tat are factually untrue. I have in front of me a "Sworn Statement , signed by one Christopher Miranda, Vice President DBA as P1FCU, which states, "The Borrower responded, but did not request a meeting." This is ... read more
