This is not a knock against the Cle Elum location. Rather, it’s a knock against the company itself. Local employees are kind, helpful, professional. I am traveling internationally, and attempted to go to the website to do a notification for a travel notice so I could use an ATM at my destination. Unlike all other credit card or banking sites, you can’t do this online. So I call the customer service line, give them ALL of my identifying credentials… I.E.
