DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. I would give 0 stars if I could. My car loan was through P1FCU and they made the entire process so incredible difficult. You have to jump through a million hoops to even have a payment method set up; they make you have a savings account with them, they won't let you make a payment bigger than $4,500 with ACH; make you send a wire transfer (of which they charge you $10), send a check, or go in branch which is 150 miles away. Do not bank with them! This has nothing to do with the Cle Elum location or thier staff, more the bank as a whole and their login/ online system. They work in the stone age/ cheap unresponsive systems. Litterally can't login through either the App or their website. At this day and age of technology how does this banking company lack so hard? Just want to view my accounts, I have reset passwords, re downloaded apps. Even trying to login through their Website I get stuck at the agreement form? They ask for way to much personal... read more
