P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.

Great staff that are quite knowledgeable. they always greet me by name with big smiles
This is not a knock against the Cle Elum location. Rather, it’s a knock against the company itself. Local employees are kind, helpful, professional. I am traveling internationally, and attempted to go to the website to do a notification for a travel notice so I could use an ATM at my destination. Unlike all other credit card or banking sites, you can’t do this online. So I call the customer service line, give them ALL of my identifying credentials… I.E. I don’t usually write reviews unless I am impressed with the service because good service is hard to find these days. That is not the case here. I also don’t tend to write bad reviews because we have enough whining in the world to go around. However, I believe a review is warranted here. We have 2 loans with P1FCU and last year my husband lost his job. Take into account we had these loans for 3 years already and were never late in the past.
