SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!! They are a 3rd party company who forges paperwork to make money off of you. Use vitalcheck.com - that's who they use anyway. Just put their cut on top. Complete and utter SCAM!!!
Very unprofessional!!! this business is a joke!!! they forge customers' signature which is a very serious crime. I never received my birth certificate. Every time time I call they're always rude to me. I called VITAL CHECKS (that's the real birth certificate company) and they said my signature was not legible!! i was like whaaaattttt!!!! I never signed anything. I really hope people read this and I will try to seek legal advice.
I had an emergency in my country and they helped me getting my son's passport really soon. .. i couldn't pick it up and she took it close to my house so i can travel the next day. .. she was nice!!!
