I'd give a zero if I could. I filed my taxes in March, by late April I had no return. I called multiple times to find out why and was unable to get someone on the phone for a week. Finally I speak with a woman who says that the return was rejected because I used my married name and not my maiden name which is on my social security card. She had the nerve to blame me, as if I was supposed to know that. That's what I paid the TAX PROFESSIONAL FOR. To catch mistakes that I would have made!
