Michelle and her team at P Squared tax and accounting are amazing. Staff are patient, courteous and pro active. We had a very complicated tax situation after we relocated to the state of Maine. Michelle cleared up the situation for us and for that we are extremely grateful. Michelle continues to do our income taxes efficiently and proficiently. Truly the "rock stars" of accounting. Very easy to work with. I set up appointment online, dropped off the tax information, all was completed in little time. Everything explained to us in detail, and price was excellent for the work that was done. A++
Michele does a great job and handling all of our taxes as well as answering any questions that may come up. Her office is always professional and always returns a call or an email in a timely manner. Michele understands Customer Service and does everything she can to help her customers.
Worst tax preparer ever…claimed we owed the IRS 600.00…come to find out, we were getting a refund of $1100.00…took her a month to do it and took my daughter 10 minutes…and we were billed 200.00 for her incorrect services!!! She needs to go back to school!!! My next call is to the Better Business Bureau!!! If I could give no stars, I would.
