Giving a one star is being generous, They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. The lack of communication compassion understanding is beyond horrendous The number of times they’ve changed the date of delivery. My car sat in early Beach for three weeks then sat in Brisbane for another two weeks. Now they’re trying to charge us more money to get it here after already paying thousands. These guys are useless. tried to pick up the car the day before it was booked, now cant get onto them and no message or email about when it's being picked up. I've been on hold 45 minutes for the third time today.

DO NOT USE P&S Logistics EVER Also trade under Emu Worst Car Carriers Company Charging $250 fee for no work done. Told them not to book the job ( phone &email) as the slow ship was way to long. 3 Days later they booked the job and then told me $250 would be charged because it was booked. And 15- 20 business days for a refund. Reporting to ACCC and Fair Trading whilst waiting for Tribunal date.
