Hi Guys, NEVER TRUST the towing company next to this one (CONFIDENT TOWING); it's been a nightmare for me. The woman who handles the phone calls and payouts is the worst person I've ever spoken to. An irresponsible driver was stopped in the right emergency lane well before the Lake Mary/Heathrow exit. This truck merges onto I-4 from the emergency lane, practically invading my lane, putting me, pregnant, and a child at risk.
