Hi Guys, NEVER TRUST the towing company next to this one (CONFIDENT TOWING); it's been a nightmare for me. The woman who handles the phone calls and payouts is the worst person I've ever spoken to. And the tow truck driver, named Paraspreet Singh, he is a scammer. NEVER, EVER get towing services from them or TRUST this company; THEY’RE SCAMMERS. An irresponsible driver was stopped in the right emergency lane well before the Lake Mary/Heathrow exit. This truck merges onto I-4 from the emergency lane, practically invading my lane, putting me, pregnant, and a child at risk.
