Tilt mechanism failed in a set of Venetian blinds purchased from and installed by PH Blinds appx. 4 yrs ago. Spoke to them and they offered to look at the issue if I could take the affected blinds to their office. I did this and within 20 mins they had confirmed the fault and replaced the part for no further cost. Customer service should be judged by a business’s aftercare and PH Blinds proved that they remain customer focused well after the sale and installation process has been completed.
