We’ve been waiting since June for David to submit the final accounting of our Mothers bank account to the probate court to clear us of the $180,000 bond that’s being held over us. We have to pay this bond every year. Even though our mother is dead, we still have had to pay the bond because David hasn’t helped us clear the bond.
