I have never purchased or heard of this company until last night I found a charge from them? My bank blocked the transaction but thought it was super weird this company is trying to charge my card when I have never heard of them or shopped with them.

This company use to have amazing 100% cotton hoodies, sweats, tees,, etc...The last hoodie I bought from them I was not happy with. The quality of the cotton has plummeted. I suspect they bring in cheap clothing for their sales that they don't sell usually on their label. Not purchasing from them again. Use to love them.
Pact has nice clothes. Their delivery system sucks. I have been trying to find 2 packages that was sent to me for a week. I can receive no help from the company, the post office or DHL. I changed my address with them and received a Package in May. My two recent orders in July were sent to the wrong address. Now it is impossible to find them. Pact will not help. I’m living in Boulder and I am going to be at their front door on Monday morning.
Poor quality and misleading green washing campaign meant to get you to shell out money for a subpar product. All the reviews for customer service are terrible on Google, yelp, reddit, etc. If they send you the wrong product or don't get it to you at all, you're just out of money. Too bad
