Hit or miss. I bought some men's shirts and they were so tight. They run small. The quality of the fabric is nice yet the material is thin. I bought three pants, and two of them are hideous and give you a pumpkin gut. The design of them was just awful and the pictures seemed misleading. One of the pants was pretty great and I got more of those. I've been trying to do a return and the status of delivery still says pending after a couple days.
I've been a customer for years and always loved Pact 100% organic clothing especially there legging ,sweatshirt, sweatpants etc. Just received a sweatshirt hoodie .What happened to the high quality 100%cotton , sweatshirts with pockets on the front...Will be returning as I have with other recent purchases such as the pocket legging( poor quality) Pact was always my go to company for years...not so much anymore !!
Still a Fan of Pact! I’ve seen the mixed reviews, but my experience with Pact Organic Clothing has been very positive. Shipping was smooth! I appreciate their honesty and lack of greenwashing. The clothes are true to size, the fabric is soft and comfortable, and everything I’ve ordered so far has been terrific. I also like supporting a Colorado-based company that’s genuinely trying to do things right!! I’ll continue to support them.

Itchy scratchy, too long, and too tight leggings. Bad customer service done by humans using AI or AI itself. Too expensive for what it is. They will not cancel orders, which is such bullshit because they use Shopify and that is definitely doable on Shopify, it's just not convenient for them. Well, they lost a customer.
