I’ve been a neighborhood customer for a long time, but after countless visits dealing with rude attitudes and complete disregard from the workers, I’m done supporting Ozzie’s. More often than not, there’s no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no effort to help. Very good selection of fruits, meat and deli. Very clean and always nicely decorated. People are friendly

Rude employees. Overcharging for things left and right and will always argue you when you go to get a refund

It’s a shame that they’re the only show in town. I’ve been privy to the conversations among the cashiers, being Hispanic myself, and it is embarrassing to witness. The misleading sale signs or the objectionable ringing of them leaves a lot to be desired. I had an encounter questioning the price of a sale item and after a brief back and forth was told “ sir you you don’t have to buy it “ .
