I recently purchased 80 meters of 10mm anchor chain, anchor with swivel and an Ital 12V, 1000W horizontal windlass from Mark at Ozzie Marine. To be honest, it could not have been a better experience. Communication with Mark was exceptional, as was his knowledge of the products he stocks. Even though I could purchase a large 40kg sarca anchor a little cheaper delivered from Sydney- I thought I'll buy it from Ozzie and support the local business. The service and communication was very good up until I paid for the anchor. But once they had been paid the service and communication VANISHED. Inquired over internet. Great selection consulting by Darren. Bought a German quality CROMOX chain, anchor, quickie windlass wheel when and connecting parts..I was impressed that all fitted perfectly and installation was done in an hour. Thanks for the great business experience.
