Oztrim Auto upholstery were the only trimmers to provide a relatively cheap and quick solution to our problem of mouldy carpets after flooding. Moe was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing - he clearly has excellent knowledge and expertise in this area. Thank you from a satsified customer!
Poor communication and lack of knowledge. Sent ABUSIVE SWEARING TEXT to me after I politely ended call, as he TRIED to appear knowledgeable, but was clearly lacking ANY real insight to the query I had, and aimlessly waffled on with negative attitude. AVOID THIS PERSON - COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR
