I have used this site for almost 10yrs without fail, unfortunately since this site slowly on way out of losing the business. The customer service team is failing. The last transaction I have with them was pretty bad almost half of my purchases did not arrived. 23 items bought and only received 11. No refunds and cannot contact them anymore as the site is no longer unavailable and unoperational. They should at least able to contact even if the site is on for closure.
I've been a loyal customer of Ozsale for years and have always found their service to be reliable and efficient. I've had great experiences with my orders, and their customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I've needed it. I was a bit surprised to see some negative reviews, but I can only speak from my own experience, and I've always been happy with Ozsale. Keep up the good work!
Returned my item over a month ago and still haven’t received a refund. The item has been “in transit” since the 18th of July and it’s only being shipped from ACT to NSW. Do not shop here if you value your sanity
Got my number and started sending sms advertising unsolicited. Review numbers say it all with these people with no integrity.
