I purchased a backpack from them, but upon receiving it, I realized it wasn’t suitable for me. While the product quality was decent, it didn’t meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. They approved the return, and I sent it back immediately. However, even after two weeks, I still haven’t received my refund. Their customer service has been extremely inconvenient and unresponsive, making the entire process frustrating.
Disgraceful service. They'll send you the wrong item then provide two return addresses both of which are invalid and your return will be sent back to you
They are great until your order doesn’t arrive and you can’t contact them or the courier service they used. I would avoid this site because they incorrectly advertise items as pack of three and then only send you one. Never respond on email, the app and their phone number is invalid.
Ordered beds website Said they would get to me by the 19th December and now Christmas eve they can't even tell me where my items are. In transit. Will never use ozsale again. My kids now ha e no bed for their Christmas presents. Nice work ozsale
