Trying to close a land sale. Shelly, Ozona bank loan manager was amazing. She worked with the buyer to try as hard as she could to help. Doing business with a local bank is better in my book than the national banks! The deal fell apart because of buyer personal reasons. Thanks Shelly and Ozona
