I had a great experience at Ozmedica. The clinician Nancy was so lovely and knowledgeable and made the whole thing a very comfortable experience. My skin was genuinely glowing and felt rejuvenated after the Pro Yellow laser treatment and green light therapy. Im looking forward to going back and getting treatment again!
Ozmedica’s customer service was warm, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, creating a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Just had my facial treatment with Sylvia and Nancy yesterday, it was really nice! They are very friendly, and the treatment was very comfortable, I love the head massage and the LED light. The interior design and atmosphere also great! Would definitely recommend!
Clean environment. She asks necessary questions concerning my skin health and condition. Took me step by step on the skin problems I had and the solutions. Made me feel safe, comfortable and was able to answer every question I had! I definitely recommend!
Super disappointed, been going here for years but recent service has been dreadful. Took my deposit, then cancelled my appointment but have been uncontactable to refund.
