EDIT: its been 9 months and I have yet to receive any update from ozhean per the response they have provided below my feedback. Except sending customer service messages to have me utilising my near expiring package. Beautician short-changed on my facial treatment by giving me the CLASSIC facial instead of Prestige (higher priced) facial. I noticed the facial procedure ended swiftly and clarified the beautician.
