Before I get to my story, I would like to mention that I have already filed a complaint with the State Bar of California. I wish I NEVER hired this law firm. Their office is at the FEDEX store P.O Box number and they refer that as a suite number. This should be the first sign not to hire a lawyer. SECOND sign, there is no lawyer giving you a legal advise, they are all paralegal giving you advise illegally. I had Vivian work on our case, she never called, back, replied back to the emails or text message. now I have Giuliano working on it, same results. In the middle/end of a case and decided to look into the offices reviews that’s handling my case (a little late whoops!) Being that they are mixed, I’ll give a little input of how it’s currently going for me and update after completion. From the beginning they have been helpful, I also understand that I’m not their only client. During the pre-deposition preparation, the attorney appeared to be in a home environment with multiple distractions, including other individuals present and ongoing interruptions. As a result, we were not able to adequately address key questions or prepare for the deposition.
