During the pre-deposition preparation, the attorney appeared to be in a home environment with multiple distractions, including other individuals present and ongoing interruptions. As a result, we were not able to adequately address key questions or prepare for the deposition. During the deposition itself, there were extended periods where the attorney’s camera was off and microphone muted, and it appeared he was not actively present or monitoring the proceedings. Do not EVER chose this attorney! I lost my case because the attorney has hundreds of cases and is not able to handle or manage this many files. Therefore, he hired several administrative assistants posing as if there Attornies or paralegals but they are not. Several of them walked out of his office and l wasn’t notified! Very unprofessional, do not answer calls. I have been calling for months trying to find out what happened with a deposition that I had with them in a about August of 2025. To this day , I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. That is very unprofessional.
